Same as you do for a gripper, you need the right equipment, a witness, and a video posted online.

That's 18, but there were 20 total somehow. I was probably blacked out at some point. Quads are still very sore 2 days later.

You forgot the 'stretch' session after the running where we (I) sat and stared at that hot blond taking senior pics on the hill!

All the bench sets felt bad, up until 325. Going to deload next week. For whatever reason my elbows have flared up. For doing just a 4 week program, I'm happy with any PR. Benched once a week, pretty much no pressing assistance. After the heavy set(s) each week, the "lighter" sets we're pretty tough, so probably like doing assistance work anyway.

My calves are extremely sore from hill sprints. Not sure if was because I ran in Chucks, because I walked down the hill backwards, or both. Just walking yesterday was hard.

Matt, this seems to be the best way to communicate with you, lol; I'll be in vegas for a couple days, so i'll miss Wed. I'll be back for the weekend.

1 x 1 x 325 - very easy, felt lighter than ever, but..... felt something strange in my right pec

tested pec with 1 x 270. Yes, something is wrong, so stopped here. I didn't hear a pop, and I don't have any bruising, so hopefully it's minor.

Could've been worse. 325 felt so easy I was going to throw on 365 even though it's not in the program. Good thing I didn't.

In Vegas, went and found a gym, almost forgot what goes on at commercial gyms. It was a highlight reel of partial lifts. Some innovators were doing partial partials.

Bench

3 x 315 - horrible spotter helped on the 4th rep

8 x 275

The only thing that exceeded the slipperiness of the bar was the bench.

DB Rows

a bunch throughout the workout, up to 125

DB Rev Fly

Stretch

Walked a couple miles.

Right pec is feeling pretty good, no issues.
