Chez
That's was crazy close. I really hope he gets it. Being the first to cert with the new rules would be epic.
eduard23
Yes it was the no4 official attempt made in front of the judge after he certified on the no3,5 COC .he smoked the no3,5 like it was a trainer.he hold it shut for 10 seconds or so. eduard23
I asked him before certification to let me talk with the judge so he can have time to warm up.he said to me that the 3,5 is the warm up.after that he grabbed the 3,5 from the package and he destroyed it. Geralt
Wow Only thing I start to think is (not meaning anything negative) look at that guy's hands...they are huge! I think that still is a huge benefit... like Mark Felix can fully wrap his hands around the RT handle, and still touching his thumb and finger (so I read). but still, crazy strong. Would be great to see someone certify on the #4. Repping the #3 and #3.5 MMS above 30 reps... Edited October 25, 2011 by Geralt
Bill Piche
Tell me it isn't so! Blasphemy! He trains with a MMS!!! It just cannot be! You cannot possibly get strong training that way! What! High volume too!? (this is very RRBT like!) It just cannot be...he'll overtrain!

macaz
100 MMS set reps. with 2,5/ 66 MMS reps with 3/ and 33 MMS reps with 3,5... How often does he do this? Im asuming he does say 33 MMS reps with a 3.5 in groups like 5X6. Please dont tell me he can crank out 33 in a row. This man is amazing, glad he is on the gripboard.
