Very impressive stone lifting! That was a killer effort. Do you generally not use any supports or tacky for stone lifting? I remember trying it only once and it tore my forearm up after a training session but it was not a loadable one so I don't know how those feel in comparison.

Thank you!  Lately I've been using no tacky or supports, because the stone they are using in competition is that loadable one that I have to travel to use (they're well over $1100 to buy) and they don't allow tacky to minimize the cleanup they have to do... up until this last workout I've been training with regular atlas stones, and they do cut me up pretty bad- but I make a point to only train them every other week and let my forearms heal up the best they can!  I front squat on the off week to still get some kind of front loaded lift in.

Thanks bud. Yeah, I think a few months of just drilling technique with medium type weight is helping a lot.

It depends, not anything super clean because I don't have to make weight soon, so I just try to stick around 4200 cals this week with ~25% of that from protein.  Kind of a "maintenance phase".  Yesterday for example was 281.5g protein, and ~4168.5 calories

Cake (8oz)
1 Slice Pizza
2 Shakes
3 PB Sandwiches
2 TBSP Honey
2 nature valley bar
1/2 protein bar Bar
6 Pack Beef Jerky
Nuun Tablets/3
Cheese sticksx2
