I had events planned, but there was a meet going on at my gym and couldn't get any work in.  Ended up watching part of the meet and going out to dinner with some friends and some of the EHOP people.  This workout was done afterwords at an anytime fitness.

Thanks Kelly :wub: I like the technique alot actually, it makes the press much easier (when you do it right), some of the presses I struggled because I needed the keg more upright and I rushed and it still had some tilt to it.  I could press anything I can clean this way.
