Stone Shouldering (no tacky)

Tire Flip

Twenty five or so assisted flips with tires from 300-900 and rolling them back starting position

-heaviest tire flips were done by me, the helper ;)

Loading plates for 2 or so hours, reseting bars, kind of low intensity cardio actually

Sandbag Carry

-setup was choice of seated or standing behind a 300lb tire with a 200lb sandbag in front of it

16" Axle Deadlift (belt and chalk only, over under grip)

565 x lift but near miss at lockout as grip gave out

-this is the heaviest I have ever gone on an axle bar

Thanks! It's kind of crazy that even including the log I would only of had about 2 min 15 seconds of main work sets done, and the workout was almost 3 hours long lol

You can really see where your hamstrings and glutes kicked in during that squat. Great stuff man

I watched the video after reading this, and see what you mean! If I can escape the few inches after coming out of the hole I usually can grind out the squat.

Feeling inspired for today's squat workout after watching that! Congrats on the big PRs!

worked up to hard set of 5 for me, then did 3 sets of reps done with less weight each time

Nice lifting!

I've never gone all that heavy on single arm deadlifts to the side. Is it pretty much obliques as the limiting factor?
