Daniel, your 300lb 2" vbar was one of the most solid pulls I've ever seen man! Well done! What was your bodyweight at the contest? I wonder if you have the highest pull over bodyweight on record.

Thanks Ben! I probably would have picked it higher but I was at lockout. :) The weight was 194# that day, on a full stomach.

Very impressive indeed. The 50mm LGC vbar might be a bit harder but I think Daniel has the strength to beat the 125k WR in the 93k class. That lift was quite a bit easier than Johnny's 125k WR pull and the difference in difficulty between the two vbar types is definitely less than 10%.

194# dang dude. I can tell in the group photo that you're arms are thicker for sure. Good work.
