Guest riotboo1
Yesterday was my powerlifting/strongman/local gym fun competition. I set a new PR in my weight hold. 305 lbs for 35 seconds. I also deadlifted 230 for 14 reps (+ 4 that were disqualified for a bounce). Happily, I ran out of steam before I ran out of grip. The other stuff was more PL type stuff, but I managed all new PRs there, too. All in all I am pleased with my progess. I've got another competition with a farmer's walk in May and one with a sandbag carry in July, so keep all the information coming. Thanks again. 1stCoC
Great job! I spoke with Brantley owner at Waites Gym last night he said some hardnosed competitors were there. Why don't you train with us sometimes...? RS

Guest Dr Tom
Good job! Nice to see some "strong training" women here. Bet you freaked out some of the guys. Those are very respectable poundages! Nice going!
