Doing my hand stretching excercies while watching tv and I’m really amazed how fast I’m progressing. Hand is looking and feeling better everyday. Stay the course and trust the process:

Yesterday I did even more with the right hand but in my brace still. trying to play catch up with the right side now. Took today off but I'll make it up tomorrow. Yesterdays training:

Leg Extensions

4 sets of 10x

Leg Press Single Leg

4 sets of 8x each leg

Calf Raises on leg Press

4 sets of 25x

Lying Hamstring Curls

4 sets of 10x

Machine Bicep Preacher Curls

Right Arm Only - 5 sets of 10x 

Machine Triceps Extensions 

Right Arm Only - 5 sets of 10x

Machine Side Laterals

Right Arm Only 5 sets of 10x

Machine Rear Laterals

Right Arm Only 5 sets of 10x

 

Note - Need to start training my thumbs this week. Thinking 3 times a week since its all I can really do for grip right now.

Quick back and abs workout tonight. I used my straps with hooks so I wouldn’t put any stress on the hands. Still went light with the right side though because the doc cut my wrist I’m two spots to take the tendon graft and the incision Marks are right where the straps wrap on my wrist. About half weight on the right side to be safe. First rows with the right arm since surgery though so I’m happy about that. 

Single Arm Cable Rows

5 sets of 10x each side

Single Arm Lat Pulldowns

5 sets of 8-10x each side 

Hyperextensions 

5 sets of 8-10x

Ab Machine Crunches 

5 sets of 20x

Single Arm Machine Rows Horizontal Grip

5 sets of 8-10x each side 

 

Been Working on my stretching like a mad man everyday and now I can almost make a fist:

Hit some chest and arms tonight. First night hitting any pressing movements with the right side since surgery. Again, keeping it lighter on the right (half or less).

Machine Chest Press

Left Side

10x, 8x, 6x, 4x, 4x, 10x, 10x, 10x

Right Side

8 sets of 10x

Machine Close Grip Chest Press

Left Side

10x, 8x, 6x, 4x, 4x, 10x, 10x, 10x

Right Side

8 sets of 10x

Pec Dec Fly Machine

4 sets of 10x each side 

Incline Hammer Strength Press

Right Side

10x, 8x, 6x, 6x

Left Side

4 sets of 10x

Single Arm Machine Preacher Curls 

4 sets of 10x each side 

Single Arm Machine Triceps Extensions 

4 sets of 10x each side
