Chez
Well done! TNS #3 on the off hand is a big deal too. I think you'll hit that Double TNS #3 close soon. Looking forward to watching the video! Thanks Ben! Your no set videos always impressed and motivated me.
Chez
so freaking far behind in the log. I have been working out though non stop. Been super busy with work and looking for a place to live with my girl friend. I trained grippers tonight and set a brand new 20mm block set PR! 189.85 lb RGC MM5 Replica. This was my goal for the comp I'm running July 26 but now I'm setting my sites higher. Really happy about this. Here is the video: Tonight I plan on updating my workouts for this week. I'm just going to forget about logging the previous 2 weeks because I'm too far behind. Its alright though, I mentioned the major highlights (#4 closes right hand and no set #3 close left hand) in the log and the rest was just my typical stuff. Leaving tomorrow a week long cruise so I'm taking a dead load week but the cruise ship has a great gym. Chez
Good to see you still hammering out the workouts dude. Thanks Jon. No matter how busy I may get, I always try to keep up with my workouts. I'm not updating the log just yet, but I trained right hand grippers tonight and I got 3 straight singles with my 194.45 lb rated Super Elite. I was tired after a long day at work and I wasn't even going all out. I know I have more in me well rested with cert adrenaline flowing through me. Its time..............I signed up for the MM6. Looking forward to a good battle!

Chez
Kill that MM6!!! Thanks Josh! I'm still training. My last grip workout was Sunday. I wanted to take the week off to rest my hands since I plan on making my attempts with the MM6 this weekend if it arrives on time (I coordinated the timing with Matt). I just finished my last regular powerlifting workout of the week tonight. I'm not updating the log tonight though. My next log update will be this weekend (hopefully after my MM6 attempts). For the rest of the week I'm going to rest up and visual. I really want this cert and plan on giving it every I have.

He is the video which has already been posted on the board but I'll include it here to keep the log complete. I'll update my log and include my thoughts about the cert tomorrow. Pretty tired now. Time to go after the MM7!

Chez
Very cool, congrats buddy. Thanks Geralt. Congrats Chez! How tough do you think that mm6 was anyway? Thanks Roy. I'm honestly not even sure because when I get crazy like that I don't feel much. I would guess its harder than the 194 lb COC #4 I just closed but easier than the 199 lb COC #4 I closed.

What an inspirational close. It'll be an honor to meet and shake your hand this month, as long as you don't break mine in the process lol haha, looking forward to meeting you and closing some grippers together. I lost some skin on my set finger. These bigger grippers really beat up my set finger.
