Congrats on excellent performance to Rebecca! Too bad you got sick...

She said thank you. It is what it is, back to training with a new 14 week training routine. We should both be a lot stronger all around come new years. Hopefully I'll finally get the #4 CCS done and we'll see where Becca is at with grippers next week. Hopefully she can get the #2.5 CCS done quick and then shoot for #3.

A woman who certs on a #3 :blink. That is in my opinion more impressive than a man certing on a #4.

Best of luck to your girlfriend:rock

Thanks. Honestly its massively easier than me certing #4, that's all I know. I think she has better genetics than me for grip and overall strength. Having me coach her helps a ton, I didn't have that but she is ahead of where I was for equal training time and I pretty much did grippers for breakfast lunch and dinner back then.

Here are some well deserved photos highlighting Rebecca winning the women's open division in the 2017 World Championships!!!  Congratulations!!!   I hope these inspire other woman to take up strength sports.

Thanks for that, would have put some pics in here myself but I don't know how. Yes she did really well, for those that haven't seen she almost won every event in both the strongwoman and the grip, winning both world titles on the same day. This was exactly one year after her first strength contest, so in a single year of competing she has won two national titles, a European title, and two world titles. I am very happy both as her coach and her partner, everything is going great. She has inspired others to get involved in strength sports, she's been told by some that she is the reason they started competing, which is absolutely fantastic to her, that's exactly what she wants to do, inspire and motivate others.
