Guest Gordon Cooper
After months of downtime due to illness, I managed to close my Beef Builder Advanced gripper with my right hand, making an audible "skrik" noise. Got within a nickel width of closing it with my left. Once I can close it about 100 times, I guess it goes off to PDA for measurement, and I get the next gripper up and repeat the process. I expect this improved grip strength will have some positive transfer to my deadlifts and pullups, which are also getting back to previous levels, as I shoot for the Willoughby lift percentages some time late in the year. Guest AghastGrip
Great Job! Glad to see your motivation! I bet you feel great to be back to gripping after your downtime. Just do a bunch of forced closes if you want to go ahead and send it to PDA to get measured.
