All you guys with more or less well equipted home gyms - couldn't you post some pictures showing how it looks? It's always interesting to see how other people lifting at home have designed their gyms.

I will try to take some pics, but it is a little cramped in my home gym, so it's hard to position the camera to get some good shots.

My garage is 20 x 20 and is devoted to my gym. I love it. I sheet rocked the walls, painted them white, and put in some new lights to keep it bright.

The tire, sled, and cross tie, reside outside.

Oh, and I have a 24, and a 32 pound stone for highland games throwing.

and amuary, i'm not lucky. I'm blessed. I certainly don't miss going to gyms anymore.

Hey Jlewis,

How well do you like your wrench? I was intrigued with that product when I saw it on PDA's website. How often do you find yourself using it?

:D I have Incline/flat bench, barbell, dumbells and also thick handle dumbells from Ironmind. I have the lever bar/pinch grip device from the them also. Also have the wrist roller from PDA, plus a number 2 & 3 Gripper from Captains of Crush {Ironmind}, the Invanko Gripper. I have about 600 pounds of weight with my biggest plates being 50lbs. Two Big Boy dumbell bars from Ironmind which I use for my farmers walk, it holds 110lbs and can go higher but that is enough for me now. Also have Fable Cables from Ironmind, Rolling thunder bar and homemade soft ball grip device, lets see uh...two Bullworkers an original and the newest version. Pushup bars, heavy punching bag {100lbs}. Mastery of Hand Strength book. That's about it. Edited by python

amaury - in english the word 'blessed' has more of a religious or divine (spiritual) meaning. The word 'lucky' implies favor or fortune based on random chance (like in gambling).

example:

I'm lucky because I found 20$ on the ground.

I'm blessed because i have a great family.

Amaury,

I'm blessed because I am fortunate to have the job I do (don't really have the background/ degree to have earned it) I am blessed to not have any trajedies that have sapped my ability to purchase my house, etc. Not to get too metaphysical on you, but I am very fortunate to be where I am I feel and I am thankfull.

After reading through all the replies I would say the most popular piece of equipment for Grip is Blobs and Grippers.

Why would you own several Grippers when you can have the Ivanko Super Gripper?

Power rack, GHR, high/low lat pull and r.hyper from elite fitness

Texas power bar, AAxle, safety squat bar and trap bar

Pretty much everything from Iron Mind.

Some stuff from Sorinex (g-rex, big squeeze, etc) and PDA (wrench).

Some strongman stuff (farmers, steel log, kegs, etc)

Tons of plates, bands, chains and homemade stuff.

Only cardio right now is a 150lb heavy bag.
