From 0:39-0:44, I've seen that but never with a band stretching that much. What effect adds that to the exercise? Btw nice vid.

I was able to try the workout you're doing at 0:40 this past Monday with some bands and a weight and all I can say is WOW! This is a great addition and does a great job of training a static hold. I will definitely be incorporating this into my routine. Great Vid.
