leatz1jd
I've had one of these for a while now and only use it once in a while. I was wondering how people usually train with these I just usually go for time and switch the direction I rotate each set. Suggestions? Saw that people were doing PRs with these does that mean you just count how many times you can rotate the thing in one direction?
BenMorrissey
PRs are set with powerballs that have digital readouts. The two main modes are highest rpm from a session and 90 second strength mode. The 90 second strength mode requires you to keep revolving the powerball for 90 seconds, and your score is the exact amount of revolutions you have produced in the 90 seconds.
