Six Barrel Shotgun Posted May 29, 2013 Author Share Posted May 29, 2013 (edited) New PRs since last update: 187.5 kg x 1 in deadlift 11 km as longest jog (7.5 km/h..) 17 reps in straight leg raises, and 10 x 2 3 x 50 in Short Bridges 2 x 21 in Straight Bridges A full deck of Bicycles in ~16 sec (there is a video on my yt) 70 kg x 1 in bench press in Smith (there is few exercises i am more embaressed of. Just started this exercise recently. First max was 55 kg, newbie gains fast in beginning) Running Streak is up to 144 days.
