It was Nathans gripper , as i said before i'm hopeless with grippers(embarrassing i know as a member of the gripboard)but i do know he has the utmost respect for Mr Kinney.

The replica is the one the Holles made and was featured in Milo a while ago.

I have done it on two occassions already , but i will film the next time i try.

There is a photo of it in Milo and according to Mr Strossen ,who incidently has measured the original , says its more or less the same .

Perhaps in the summer, Big Steve and a few of you grip maniacs can come down for atraining session with Nathan , Tim , Chris Jenkins (WPC WORLD CHAMP)and myself.

You'd be quite welcome and we could go for a meal afterwards.

I'll see. I've a comp this weekend, another in May (British) and then we also have the Euros and the World of Grip International series which start after the Euros (one comp a month from that point forward). A busy schedule I think you'll agree. BUT... you're not that far away and I know Loz would enjoy training with yourself and Chris Jenkin's for example.

Haha - I know what You are talking about! Yesterday I did farmerswalks and my wife watched me. She was disappointed that I did several short walks instead of a max distance walk!

Incredibly strong. How can you even hold on to 155kg in order to row it, lol. Did the other guy have no problem holding onto 150kg for his rows, or did he use straps or a hook grip or what? Must be quite a strong fella as well!!!

April 17th Saturday

Nathan Holle and Tim Howard came down for a grip workout in the garage.

Started out with the trainer to warm up, then on to the No2 for a few reps.

I then went to the no3 , elite, no3.5 grippers.

Nathan jumped straight to the NO 4, then my single stamped No 4 for a few.

Nathan then shut the HG 500 with a deep set twice in a row.

From there we did 5 reps each on the Apollon bell.

Next , on to the Stan Mason blob or blockweight where Nathan worked up to 75lb and i worked up to 88lb.

Some farmers walk pinch gripping a pair of 45's in each hand to fininsh off.

Tim did really well smashing the no 2 and coming close with 3.

Hello Arturo,

The guy used two hands for rows but yes he is a strong man.
