Love your updates Chris. Such a beast. Your dipping is crazy, 8 reps with additional 220 pounds? And you weight like 300 now? Wow.

Your barbell rows are also pretty neat, at 180kg x10! And you row the Inch !!! Every single line from your updates are worthy of a video, really. :rock :rock

Friday 5th August

Thomas Inch high pulls to shoulder .. 5 singles

table top curl .. up to Middle Thomas Inch for 5 singles

Curls with ez bar starting off thighs whilst seated .. up to 100 kg

Reverse curl using ez bar .. up to 75 kg

Seated concentration plate curls .. up to 35 lbs x 8 x 3 sets

August 7th Sunday

Seated press behind neck .. up to 140 kg x 3

Clean and press 2 1/2 inch barbell .. up to 120kg x 5 x 5

Double overhand deadlift on 3 1/2 in bar .. up to 295 lbs x 5 singles , last one almost lockout.

Wrist curls d/bells .. up to 50kg x 20 x 3sets

Snatch grip shrugs ... up to 272 1/2 kg x 3 x 3

Lateral raises .. 30 kg d/bells x 12 x 3sets

Reverse single tricep ext .. 3 x 12

Seated curl and press ... up to 200 lbs x 5 singles

Wrist curls on olympic bar .. up to 310 lbs x 10 x 3sets

Travis Bagent pull ups .. 10 x bodyweight (280 lbs) x 2sets , 5 x 50lbs plus bw , 3 x 100lbs plus bodyweight , 10 x bodyweight ...

Super setted each set with 50 press ups.

31st MARCH WEDNESDAY

Olympic squats .. up to 200k x 5 x 2 sets

Leg extentions .. 40k x 20 x 3 sets

Leg curls.. 80k x 10 x 3 sets

Calf raises .. 230k x 20 x 3 sets

Reverse curl on preacher machine ... Full stack plus 40k x 5 x 3sets

1st APRIL THURSDAY

Surprise visit from Nathan Holle today , Nathan's about 6 feet 4 now and about 230 lbs and looking muscular.

He came down for a chat but we ended up in my garage having a little training session.

On to the nitty gritty ...

After lifting the Thomas Inch a few times to warm up , Nathan chalked up and attempted the Apollon bell weighing 232 lbs and deadlifted it to lockout !!

Then after warming up !!! on the No 4 for 3 closes in a row he shut the the pro elite or something like that (sorry i'm hopeless with all the gripper names) anyway its the next one down from the hardest that Mr Tetting does.

He then set the Vulcan gripper to level 22 and shut that aswell !

Both of us then worked up to 150 kg for aset of 5 on the Gorrilla grip machine.

Back in the house (i was summoned by my 7 yearold daughter because my kids were hungry again !!) i gave the Robert Baraban grip dynameter to Nathan to try and he squeezed a massive 120 kg on it !!

The most ever done if i remember correctly.

We will arrange another training session soon but at his place next time and hopefully i will deadlift the Apollon wheel replica again with one hand , this time taking a video for the board !!

Before anybody asks Nathan is a private person and did not want to be filmed when i asked him.

He is however as Gazza will testify a true gent.

Holy crap....so Nathan Holle shut a regular Tetting pro??

I'd like to just sit down...watch Nathan H. train and not say a word. Grip feats that wouldn't be believed would probably happen! Like to see this log start up again
