Friday 12th March,

Two hands deadlift on 2" bar...worked up to 230kg for 5 singles

Two hands pinch grip .... 60k x 5, 70k x 5 , 80k x 5 , 90k x 3, 101kg x 3, 116kg off the ground just short of lockout.Filmed last lift.

One hand deadlift thomas inch ... set of 5 with each hand.

lat pulldowns... up to 240 kg x 5 reps

Reverse curl with ez bar .... up to 80kg

Attached ironmind wrist roller to seated low pulley machine .... 60k , 80 k and 2 sets with 100 kg.

Weighted situps.

Sunday 14 March ,

V - gripper black spring.. up to six notches from bottom each hand.

Not a strict one yet Florian but some strange hybrid , mutated creature of a one arm pullup !!!

Monday 15th March

Power snatches on 2" bar..... Worked up to 90 kg x 2reps x 3 sets

Power cleans on 2" bar...... 125kg x 5 , 135kg x 3, 145kg x 1, 150kg x 1 , 155kg x 1, 160kg x 0 , 160kg x 0 , 160kg x 1 (hooray!)

One hand deadlift olympic bar end of finger tips..... up to 130kg x 3 singles

One hand deadlifts thumbless grip.... 140kg x 5 singles

Baby Inch toss from hand to hand .... 3 sets of 10 tosses back and fore

Power curl on ez bar ... up to 120kg x 2 reps

50 lbs 3" thick plate toss ... 3 sets of 15 .... then 10 continous cleans each hand.

3crusher ... legs wedged under pads on a lot of prayer !!

Mr. James once promised me a 1hDL video (no hook) but I think he forgot. I will take this opportunity to remind him of it :tongue Only if he is so kind, of course. "Pretty please, with sugar on top". Heh heh. I have found that the WR for a normal grip 1HDL is like 151kg... and Chris can apparently shatter this one in any given day in training... please make us happy with a vid Mr. James!! :rock

March 17th Wednesday

Olympic Squats... up to 180kg x 2 x 5 have not squatted since November due to back probs , going to ache for a few days !!

Lockout squats and hold for time... Up to 500kg for 10 secs ... one of Goerners favs , great for core strength.

Preacher curl machine reverse curls.... Full Stack with extra 30kg added x 5 x 2 sets.

Hold on preacher bench at 45 degree angle using hammer grip ... 50kg x 10secs x 3 sets..... then same using pinch grip with large diameter 10kg plate.

March 19th Friday

Power snatch using 2" bar..... up to 110kg .. videoed 100kg lift , my mates putting on youtube tonite

Power cleans 2" bar ... up to 145 kg .... taped 140kg """"""

High pulls using 2" bar ... to 200kg for 3 singles pulled to bottom of chest.

Clean of log.... up to 143 kg for a few singles

Lockouts with 2" bar using front grip.... up to 370kg x 3 singles, pleased with this PR

Bent over rows using ez bar ... up to 210 kg x 3 reps , not the best of form.

High pulls pinchgrip.... 2 x 15 kg plates x 5 reps x 3 sets , 2 x 20kg plates x 3 singles

22 MARCH MONDAY

Close grip bench 2"bar .... up to 180 kg x 3 reps x 3 sets

Dumbbell one arm push press .... up to 80 kg x 5 reps

Chins using 2 fingers from each hand ... up to 80 kg x 2 reps

Seated row machine using one hand ... up to 140 kg x 5 reps

Preacher curl machine using one hand ... up to full stack x 3 reps

Preacher curl machine using two hands .... up to full stack plus 60kg x 3

Reverse curl on preacher machine .... full stack plus 10kg x 5 reps

23 MARCH TUESDAY

V-Gripper... up to level 14 either hand for 3 singles each hand.

Orbi- turny roundy thing... 2.5kg x 100spins each hand

I did 155 (or 158??) on Saturday but a bunch in Stafford did 220+

Hello Cannon,

Yes mate basically get under bar and stand up and old.

I put it across shoulders , like a squat, and then across one shoulder (live Arnold carry log in the beginning of Commando).

24 March Wed

Olympic squats .. up to 200 kg for 3 sets of 2

Supports .. up to 500 kg

Power Snatch 2" bar .. up to 105 kg

Power clean 2" bar up to 150kg

Partial deadlifts olympic bar front hook grip.... up to 550kg

Middle inch toss from hand to hand ... 3 sets of 5

26 MARCH FRIDAY

Good mornings .... empty bar x 3 sets x 20 reps

One hand Snatch on olympic bar ... 60kg x1, 65k x 1 , 70 x 1, 75x1, 80x1 ,85 x 1, 90k x 1.

One hand clean.. 100k x 1, 105k x 1, 110k x 1 , 115k x 1 , 117.5k x 1, 120k x 0 , 120k x 0 , 117.5 kg x 1.

One Hand Deadlift thumbless grip ... 120k x 1, 140k x 1 , 150k x 1 , 155k x 1 , 160k x 1.

All lifts performed right and left handed.

Power cleans on 2" bar......160kg x 1 (hooray!)

Forget that 1HDL silliness, this here is a man's lift. Mucho respecto.
