One hand deadlift thomas inch ... set of 5 with each hand. lat pulldowns... up to 240 kg x 5 reps Reverse curl with ez bar .... up to 80kg Attached ironmind wrist roller to seated low pulley machine .... 60k , 80 k and 2 sets with 100 kg. March 17th Wednesday Olympic Squats... up to 180kg x 2 x 5 have not squatted since November due to back probs , going to ache for a few days !! Lockout squats and hold for time... Up to 500kg for 10 secs ... one of Goerners favs , great for core strength. Preacher curl machine reverse curls.... Full Stack with extra 30kg added x 5 x 2 sets. Hold on preacher bench at 45 degree angle using hammer grip ... 50kg x 10secs x 3 sets..... then same using pinch grip with large diameter 10kg plate.
