fightertrainer
In this video are some footage of Voevoda's training (taken from Pulling John): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QB49bxR3uWA&feature=player_embedded The human flag at his weight (270?) is insane. Does anyone know exactly what muscles are used in a human flag? First, Voevoda is very gifted. I agree doing the flag at 6'4" and 270 must be one of the most awesome feat of strength. On top of one arm pullup!!! And he pushed the sledge for competition too. The man is so well-rounded. The flag requires all the core strength you can muster. I think he's been doing that since he's young and just growns with it. If you never do that before...it's tall task to try it as an adult. YOu probably need a small waist for this flag exercise Edited December 8, 2009 by fightertrainer

Florian Kellersmann
Is he back into pulling again? His focus is still on bobsleigh. He's in Germany this week and competes in bobsleigh world cup.
lukeamdman
After Alexey lost to Travis RH that one time, then came back and destroyed everyone the next year, including John in the finals, did he ever lose again RH?
bobbrown
NO, Because he lost 50 pounds and quit AW. He became a bobsledder.

bobbrown
He was on Russia's 4 man Bobsled team that got a Silver Medal in the Olympics. He has crazy sprinting speed as well and with that upper body strength, he sure can push a bobsled.
G-Man
Does the NFL give a finder's fee if you refer Voevoda to a scout and he is recruited?
