Autolupus
Click here. Probably not unless using for rehabbing a pretty serious injury. CRS @ 7" x 1/4" is around 10x stronger.
ewokhugo
Maybe good for some kind of barehand bending? I believe it can be usefull to "get the felling" of some kind of movements but bending real steel (talking about bending) its always the best way. Teemu I
Yep, it's best used as a rehab tool.
Jedd Johnson
Don't forget pre-habilitation guys. Working the extreme angles under minor tension is important for preventing injury at those extreme angles under major tension.
Gio
Say the trainee's stats aren't but about half those of a typical strongman? My height's 5'5" and I weigh 130 lbs... I do various lifts with a 15 lbs Blob from Power Systems, and I can close a CoC #1 -- worked with the CoC "Trainer" last year. Strength-wise, I'm at the low end of the spectrum, so doesn't it seem likely that this product would offer me unique potential? Thanks.
