My forearms measured 15.5'' flexed at 90degrees as Magnus mentioned and 15'' arm straight and flexed. Unless there is a standard way of measuring them there can be 2''+ difference between the measurements you get. Magnus you're getting huge mate - keep at it! Bodyweight 264 lbs at 6 ft 1/2 in . Can anybody recommend some exercises for me !!!! Wade and Mobster are modern day Apollons. Apeman is a modernday gorrilla !!!!! Your forearms are bigger than you think they are. I myself have huge forearms, but they do not measure anything like some here are claiming. The trick is in the way you measure them! how big is it? your forearm looks huge compared to mine, i know you have bigger hands and i think we are similar in size. 15'' arm straight and relaxed. so, how big is your forearm in that photo(i.e. flexed)? 17 1/2'' flexed, a difference of 2 1/2'' compared to the arm being straight. The straight measurement is the one to use, as the flexed measurement varies so much according to arm position. My forearm size is pretty much the same as Wade's. No doubt many get into grip training as a way to achieve greater forearm development. 17.5 inch forearms and how big are your biceps? Also I have a tonne of definition for some reason and I'm not really that lean at all. How many people here actually do forearm workouts to isolate those muscles? I noticed a big difference when lifting heavy objects after I'd trained like that for a while. Especially things you have to grab from the sides like bins and stuff. One of my favorite photos of all time is the one of Apollons arm next to a wrestlers . I have always wanted an arm like this , much more than an arm like Arnolds or Ronnie Colemans. I have trained and met some very big strongmen in the past like Jamie Reeves , OD Wilson , Geoff Capes , Mark Henry , etc but the most massive and muscular i have seen and literally had me staring in awe were Bill Kazmaiers.They were huge !! with very thick meaty hands on the end of them. It does look bigger, but when you take into account your height then you can kinda see it isn't more than 14. However, you appear to have fairly thick hands. Some people try to tell me your fingers don't have muscles in them, just strings or tendons but I know that to be false, or else why would you get thicker fingers from work or grip training? My fingers pumped up incredibly after a few months and continued to grow. It could have had something to do with countless sets and lots of training (maybe even overtraining). They shrunk a bit when I stopped. This too could also be genetic, idk. But it is a fact that fingers have muscles in them, I saw it in a book.
