I just got a powerball this past weekend. I was wondering if you guys have any set routines you do with it?

I use it my whole wrist 5x for max time, then I only rotate my hands like when doing side levering 5x max time each hand

using a slippery glove while using powerball made it 10x harder and a much better exercise, i got the idea from unhidden's youtube video.

Thanks for the input, folks. I'm using it mostly as a warm-up and active recovery tool, but these are some good ideas.
