I've been known to sleep walk in the past. I might as well get some use out of it.
Magnus
I'm employing a new tactic for my MM3 training. I've noticed that many (if not most) of my best gripper days are ones where I've already been doing grip work earlier in the day. So, I'm going to do light gripper work in the morning/early afternoon, and then a very heavy one later in the day. Eh, it's possible, Josh. I've been known to sleep walk in the past. I might as well get some use out of it. That's all I ask I'll see what I can do.

rico300zx
Frank, I'm not an expert in any way, so I'm wondering y u are doing 5 sets of DL but not going up in your weight during your worksets? Is this a program that you got from somewhere? I also noticed you have DO next to one of your sets did you DO for only one set? Rico

Magnus
good work on the DO deads mate ! Thanks, Sam! Frank, I'm not an expert in any way, so I'm wondering y u are doing 5 sets of DL but not going up in your weight during your worksets? Is this a program that you got from somewhere? I also noticed you have DO next to one of your sets did you DO for only one set? Rico I'm doing this routine: http://www.dragondoor.com/articler/mode3/115 (today was Week 2, day one for me) So actually, I went heavier today than I was supposed for where I'm currently at in this routine. Week 4 is where you really start to up the weight. And yeah, I only did one set DO. I just did it on a whim. Careful with those wide grip brain smashers. that will put your elbow joints into a bad position. - Aaron These actually feel pretty good. I do them on this bar, so even going wide, it's still feels very easy on the elbows. I tried them on the straight bar a little while back, though, and they were killers. Magnus
Thanks, Mike, I missed that one Just a quick update concerning the lack of posts. I've been VERY busy with a lot of things, lately, not the least of which is my family getting into a bad car accident a few days ago while they where in NJ with my sister's boyfriend (in the Freestyle we just bought in late February). Weird, since I decided not to go at the last minute (that's it's own mini-story). So, I ended up driving down there with my aunt in my other sister's van at about 10:00pm, got there at 12, was up till 4:00, got up the next day at 7, drove my family all the way back to PA yadayada...and absolutely nothing has gotten done since a few days before that, and since then. And, on top of that, I've got the same stinking cold I had a few days ago But, just to see where I'm at, I was still able to rep my #3 tonight w/o warm-up at 1:00am, with a cold No doubt my other lifting is in the tank, though, since grippers seem to be the last thing to go.
