Ez curls: 65 for a 4 x 10

45° bent lateral raises.

Now yardio.

project maintain continues.

Bench: planned on doing 195 for a 5x5.  Right shoulder and elbow were really acting up so I stopped after 1st set.

Overhead doesn't hurt shoulder as bad as bench, so switched to ohp pin presses.  Pins set about eyebrow level.  Each rep dead stop.

95 x 10, 135 x 5, 95 x 10

Yates rows up to bw (250) x 5.

Bunch of band press downs and curls.  

3 hours of yardio.

Bench: 200 - 5 x 5

Cable pressdowns:  90 -  5 x 5

Seated cable rows w/ 2 3/8" handle:  125 -  3 x 15

Ez curls: 85 - 5 x 5

Beat the heat, but not the humidity.
