I'm coming to that conclusion myself. If I'm not careful, I'm going to start oiling myself up and wearing a speedo onstage in front of a bunch of screaming men admiring my symmetry and bodyfat percentage.
Mike Rinderle
Holy crap I'm sore today. Nothing hits my core like suitcase DLs. Nothing. Back, sides, and abs. Not to mention traps and my cute lil butt cheeks.
Mike Rinderle
So embarrassing. But gotta post bad with the good. Put on red slingshot just to test out elbow with something more than 185. I am so weak right now on bench. Slingshot: worked up to 255 (grinder), then 205 X 8. Raw close grip: 135 3X8 reps. I may never see 3 hundy again. Mike Rinderle
Squatted with a straight bar for the first time in a long time. My shoulders didn't take long to remind me why I don't. Was going to work up to reps with 300, but on first rep with that weight I got a real sharp twinge in the back of my right delt and stopped. High bar squats: bar x 20, 135 x 10, 225 x 5, 275 x 3, 300 x 1 and stopped due to shoulder Dimel Deads: 135 x 20 and 185 x 25 (had more in me but was losing the hip pop) Edited February 19, 2020 by Mike Rinderle

Mike Rinderle
Bench with 20" cff red bands. About 20lbs at bottom and 55-60 at top. Did a set every 2 minutes. 185 + bands x 2 (too much for what I wanted to do today), 155 + bands x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 5. Band press downs x 100 with same bands: 35, 15, 14, 12, 12, 12 Supersetted those with band curls using the eliefts pro light orange band: 15, 15, 15, 10 (stopped there. Bis were burning and I still have the Rhabdo incident in my head when working biceps). Felt pretty strong today compared to my first few sessions of this comeback. We'll see if that continues.
