Mike Rinderle
Monday: Thumbless Axle: 330, 340, 350 Then I got an idea at end of workout and belted up for a 200kg axle DL, just to see if I could still do it. Surprised myself. Came up way easier than I thought and I almost fell on my arse. You can see my toes spin out. Then today I hit a new shallow dubhub PR of 73.8 lbs.

Mike Rinderle
Today. Hit a new PR lefty on the 2.5" Titan handle. Only got 183 righty. Then I messed around with the NN with bare handles. Got 675 off the ground with plates stacked everywhere. Lol
Mike Rinderle
My bum shoulders have been feeling a little better lately. So I've gotten in a couple light bench sessions for the first time in a long time. Nothing special but it does feel good to lay down and move some weight even if it is light. Last week: 135 for 3 X 10 This morning: 185 for 2 X 10 Not going to push it hard, but I'd like to keep moving the weight up a bit if the shoulders allow. Then I did some triceps pushdowns, DO axle pulls, and then a burnout set of Axl Rose to finish me off. EricMilfeld
The few times I took a bench break I was always reminded what a fun lift it is when I’d start up again. My shoulders are just now feeling healthy again, Mike. I just need to treat them like the fine china they apparently are.

I've made some tweaks to my form to accomodate them and just trying to not be stupid and go for heavy singles or doubles. Hopefully that keeps them healthy enough to keep going for awhile. Of course the first time I feel strong, you know I'm going to try and see if I still have 300 in me. Mike Rinderle
A little more bench today. Just worked up to 225. Still babying the shoulders. One set. Was going to rep out, but felt a tiny twinge in my right shoulder on rep 4 and a little bit worse on rep 5. The way the weight felt, I knew I wasn't getting more than a couple more reps anyway, so I shut it down after the 5th. Bar was moving slow. It was nasty hot and humid in the shed and I just didn't have any pop. Of course, it's only my 3rd bench workout in a long time so not sure what I was expecting. Lol Nice to know the shoulders can still press 2 wheels for reps. I may never bench over 300 again, but I can live with that. Going to dial the weight down to 205 next session and see if I can get 10.
