Mike Rinderle
My 3 yo was hesitant to try a summersault/roll. So to show him it wasn't any big deal, I did a couple this morning. The popping sounds coming from my spine in the neck and upper back region were quite interesting. I'll try it again in 10 years... Maybe. Ouch.

Mike Rinderle
There is only one thing more anabolic than a calorie... a McDonald's calorie. I'm pretty sure if you add in a 6 pack of Krispy Kremes, it is more anabolic than a test, deca, tren, d-bol stack. In fact, with a half gallon of milk thrown in, this may be the most anabolic meal ever consumed. I usually add in a filet o fish but I wanted to make sure I had room for the Krispy Kremes.
Mike Rinderle
Needed a little break from the volume work. Just a mish mash of different shizzazle. Axle: worked up to 3 singles with 330. One hand axle: 175 lefty PR, 195 righty. DOT axle: 330 easy, so I rolled the camera and went for 340. Close, but no Lewinsky. Then finished off with a 16 second hold of my half of a 130 Iron Grip Dumbbell - 65.4 lbs. PR. Bounced onto my dang foot. Ouch.

Didn't push too hard. Little sledge work. 4" AA PINCH: 90.4 lefty PR and 85.6 righty PR.
Mike Rinderle
Short and sweet today. Lower back has been yelling at me from all the high rep work, so I just worked up to a heavy single (for me anyway) on the 2 3/8" Napalm's Nightmare. 350 Lbs X 1 - PR. Got a little hop with 360. I stopped any low back “assistance” work and just added more abdominal stuff. Helped the back a lot.

Mike Rinderle
Some DOT axle. Nothing noteworthy. 3" pinch up to 100.4. PR Was looking back at some old vids from 5-6 years ago. Mostly old bends, but came across this. Something to be said for being large. I miss being strong n SWOLE. Now I'm just weak n old.
