Good Lift Stew!!

Stew stalled out at 60#, and then kept going till he pulled up 64# part way.

About 10 lifts over 60#s. :blink

Thanks Dave! ya know what we forgot to do with it while you were here I wanted to see what we could do with the timed holds.Oh well next time

Rules:

1. A 45lb plate is required. No hub devices.

2. Plate must be lifted from the from the floor and a flat surface.

3. Plate cannot be tilted past 45 degrees.

4. Plate can only make contact with the single gripping hand, no bracing allowed.

5. Video proof or credible witness is required to be in the top 5.

6. After a time for each hand is submitted for a combined total, individual times for each hand can be improved on later.

I did a couple of new feats for me as well down at Aaron's. Supination's, curls and transfers (Aaron has that vid that'll ill have to get later).

Thanks, as did yours. Once I get the transfer vid I'll post it as well. Want to try something crazy hard? Aaron has done the supinations/pronations with his arm fully extended :yikes

I was trying another one of his feats for a couple of minutes; hub lift, catch the rim and swing, catch the hub again and repeat as long as possible. I lost some thumbnail on those lol!

Yea, the weight got stuck on the ceiling so i had to get them down some how lol

Well haven't seen this since about 2010 but nice work guys! Far as that goes don't think I've barely been on the board since 2011 geese. Looks like I need to up myself on the list see what I can do about that.
