The Hub Challenge

Rules:

1. A 45lb plate is required. No hub devices.

2. Plate must be lifted from the from the floor and a flat surface.

3. Plate cannot be tilted past 45 degrees.

4. Plate can only make contact with the single gripping hand, no bracing allowed.

5. Video proof is required to be in the top 5.

6. After a time for each hand is submitted for a combined total, individual times for each hand can be improved on later.

I lifted a 45 plus 3 5's taped to it at the Metroplex comp - none of the weights were calibrated though - will it count for 60 since its not in the top 5? everyone at the comp witnessed it - do in comp lifts count if there is no vid?

Dave Thoton came down today for my daughter and I's B-day messed around most of the afternoon here some of the hubs I did I can't fomd Dave's 60# lift I'll have to look some more tomorrow on the cammera.

My 62.5# will have to go up tommorrow it's still loading on youtube and I'm going to bed.

Here is the 62.5# lift I tryed 64 and some change got it up but lost it might of did a few to many things before :blink

Nice Stew. Wished I could of been there, But I was outside in the snow, ice and mud playing in my kilt all day freezing my butt off.

Good Lift Stew!!

Stew stalled out at 60#, and then kept going till he pulled up 64# part way.

About 10 lifts over 60#s. :blink
