Workout 11-04-02

Today was supposed to be crush day.  I've found more and more peeps seem interested in what I'm doing in the gym so my workouts seem to stray.  Oh well, as long as I get stronger.

Started w/warm-ups with the 1 and 2, then moved to hard singles w/the 3, Elite and 4.  Fininshed w/strap holds on the 1.  Worked up to singles w/~ 35lbs in the right and ~25 in the left.

This is where the workout strayed:

Hub pinching w/Oly plates.  Worked up to 42.5lbs (35 w/3 2.5's on it) w/the right and 37.5 on the left.  This was a PR for me so I was happy.

Finished w/farmers walks w/100lb plates (rim lift w/fingers).  Did a few of those then started just doing singles.  Worked up to ~175lbs.  Another PR for me so the workout ended good.  The rim lifting really makes my hands feel strong.  Try them if you havent.
