Guest mg6680 Posted October 31, 2002 Share Posted October 31, 2002 Today was my pinch day. I felt really weak pinching the plates w/the pin through them so I did some hub pinching. I was able to pull a 35 w/a 2.5 on it (a pr for me..this is my weakest event). Also did some leverage work w/my PDA Wrench. Grabbed it w/the 3 1/4" end then stabbed some 10 lb plates. Worked up to 25lbs doing it reverse style. Excellent tool for wrist work. Then I did some farmers walks, rim lift style. Lift a 100lb plate in each hand by the lip w/the fingers. Walk until they drop. This is an excellent (one of the best for me so far) hand exercises. Finished w/some leveraging w/a loading pin. I was pleased the workout finished so well as it started crappy.
