layla Posted June 30, 2008 Share Posted June 30, 2008 I just got a powerlifting super show entry form and found that I still have competitive blood and were I able to train as a powerlifter,id enter. This leads me to my current thoughts,I can and do train grip and would appreciate anyone telling me of an grip contest when they appear in the dfw and mid cities area of Texas.I figure there any number of friends that have competed that can tell how to train for a contest. Sure I would like to have a good showing,but as whay happened at fun at caseys showed me.......fun and new friends are worth the effort too.
