Drassk Posted September 30, 2002 Share Posted September 30, 2002 The main feats I'm interested in are sledge levering and nail bending (I've yet to start into bending but I'm doing alright with the sledges for a newbie). My question is this : What are the muscles and ranges of motion in the wrist? For example, I do hammers in both the 'top of hand' levering (like Farman does in his shows, to the nose) and 'ground up' where you lever it in front of you from the floor to horizontal. What I'm wondering is which of these muscles wrist curls really work and what the carry-over is. My grip strength is coming along well and I do my grippers along with a variety of pinch grips but I'm not really sure how to make sure I'm evenly developing my wrists. -Bob Garrish Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
