We should also decide the order of the countries who will organize the Euros in the future. If one country can't make it for whatever reasons the the next country has to jump in - so there's never the question again who will organize it. "My favorite option would be to have the Euros every two years (not as Davids option No 1!) - so from now on: 2010, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018, 2020 ... ... with the CoC contest every four years: 2009, 2013, 2017, 2021 ..." Set up a new thread for countries who want to host the 2010 comp, and then get that countries promotor to set out what they want to do, and how, and then one person from each of the countries who are participating can vote on the countries.
