filipvk
Yesterday I opened a brand new COC #3 and I closed it on the 2nd attempt from MMS. The new #3 is between my 2005 and 2006 #3s and the knurling on it is good. I trained just my RH because I have pain in the knuckle of my middle figer of my LH and I'm resting it. I will try the new gripper with my LH next time. After the #3 close I did 12 TNS reps with my #2.

filipvk
Yesterday I tried my new RB 240, I closed it from around a CCS with my RH,and from a wider set than parallel with my LH. I like the knurling on the RB grippers, the grippers don't slip on the palm. How strong is an avarage RB 240? Mine is between my COC 2.5 and COC 3.
ewokhugo
mine the same filip. Should be around 2.8 , but some rb 240 are harder than the average #3. My #3 should be around 3.2.
ewokhugo
My brand new rb 240 : i did it using a mash monster rep ... i believe i can do it from ccs, i will try in the future. Rb are easier than coc in my oppinion , they dont slip and the distance its shorter.
