For standardization purposes, use:

  • actual waist size at largest circumference and not pant size
  • forearm measured with arm straight and wrist not cranked(fist clenched is OK)UPDATE, let's use a relaxed forearm
  • hand size measured from first crease of wrist to then end of middle finger
  • We also have to make sure it's standarized. I.E. palm is considered first crease of wrist to first crease in middle
    finger and finger length is considered first crease in middle finger to the end of the middle finger. thanks to

  • P = Palm Measurement
  • F = Middle Finger Measurement
  • H = Hand Measurement

  • The last column is the ranking of the strongest gripper closed(If there were multiple grippers as per the COC #1 and COC #3, I used the later version.)

Autolupus, it looked like you shut the RB 240 on your video, so I updated your stats. It looked

like a CC set right handed and a parallel set left handed. Correct me if I am wrong about

either the close or the sets. :mosher

Both sets were a little wider than parallel, the left was a little narrower than the right.

I closed with the right but missed with the left, it was a hair off then opened a little.

A CCS is really pretty wide, try setting what you think is a CCS then actually insert the card! I bet you have to open the gripper up a fair bit to get it in! ;)

I haven't had a chance to check back here in a while but the

thread seems to have been well maintained by Condor.

I'm glad that you took the initiative and keep up the good work.

It's kind of like planting a seed and watching it grow. :cool

Hopefully, more members will participate as the metrics become

Forearm: 12.2'

Palm: 4'

Finger: 3.3'

waist: 37 (to much beer:-)

For standardization purposes, use:

  • actual waist size at largest circumference and not pant size
  • forearm measured with arm straight and wrist not cranked(fist clenched is OK)UPDATE, let's use a relaxed forearm
  • hand size measured from first crease of wrist to then end of middle finger
  • We also have to make sure it's standarized. I.E. palm is considered first crease of wrist to first crease in middle
    finger and finger length is considered first crease in middle finger to the end of the middle finger. thanks to

  • P = Palm Measurement
  • F = Middle Finger Measurement
  • H = Hand Measurement

  • The last column is the ranking of the strongest gripper closed(If there were multiple grippers as per the COC #1 and COC #3, I used the later version.)
  • I have broken ties(gripper closed) with the set used(e.g. TNS, then NS, then CCS, then ||). I also assumed that a small set was between NS and CCS. If no "set" data is given, I have to drop you to the bottom of your grip closed group.

i have a sugestion : in front of each gripboard member we should add the video with the close or in the end after F/H . JUST to make the list more complete:
