jsmiley Posted July 6, 2008 Share Posted July 6, 2008 Thanks, I have to keep myself pretty small as I do semi-pro boxing in my spare time I fight as a welterweight (147lbs), I try to stay under 155lbs as my walking around weight. With continual grip training my forearms are likely to get larger, and I hope I can fight off my love of cheeseburgers enough to keep my waist exactly where it is at, my goal some day in powerlifting is to bench press three times my body weight, and squat and deadlift four times bw (this is a dream goal that I will probably not reach, like crushing a #4) anyway I was chiming in to let you know the other two measurements that I neglected to tell you last time palm 4 1/2" middle finger 3 3/8" Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
