2 Miles barefoot + a small amount of KB swings. About 3 minutes worth of actual swinging. I'll tell you what, I'm a bit downtrodden with all the running lately, and with how intense KB swings are, and the two combined were much more difficult than I imagined they would be. Will definitely continue with the combo.

It's definitely worth noting that I did Rinderle's 21 challenge yesterday. I'm a little more sore than I expected, so I'll likely skip my almost daily run for today... maybe.

You start with 20 pushups and then 1 squat, then 19 pushups and 2 squats, then 18 pushups and 3 squats... on until 1 pushup and 20 squats. 210 reps total for both and you simply try to do it as fast as you can. My time was 23:38, but I guarantee I can get that sub-15 in short order.

I also did pseudo planche pushups instead of normal pushups.

Ran 1 mile yesterday. Legs were still sore from the 21's.

Over the last week or so, I have done 21's twice. Once at 19:44, and once today at 18:07. Getting better!
