I'll tell you what, I'm a bit downtrodden with all the running lately, and with how intense KB swings are, and the two combined were much more difficult than I imagined they would be. MalachiMcMullen Posted December 3, 2012 Author Share Posted December 3, 2012 You start with 20 pushups and then 1 squat, then 19 pushups and 2 squats, then 18 pushups and 3 squats... on until 1 pushup and 20 squats. 210 reps total for both and you simply try to do it as fast as you can. My time was 23:38, but I guarantee I can get that sub-15 in short order. I also did pseudo planche pushups instead of normal pushups.
