I am planning on starting a grip routine for my first time. I am 14 and consistently getting 2 millimeters away from closing the #1 COC gripper.  I workout every 3rd day and do Trap Bar deadlifts on one of the 2 workouts. It doesnt seem to weaken my grip but it might w/o me knowing. I am open to any suggestions on a grip routine that will help me grind through those last 2 millimeters.
