-Monday April 14, 2003-

I didn't do a formal session today, but I decided to give the #3 a shot. With no chalk and no warmup, I got the handles down to maybe less than 1/2" apart. :yikes This is my best documented effort yet on the #3! I'm giving it a matter of months before I close it.

Hey Matt, I noticed you ain't usin the thinner strap why not?

Won't it train the close as good as the thicker one?

BTW, You got that #3 down any farther yet?

I'm trying to use the harder grippers with the thick strap. Once they become easier, then I will use the same grippers with the thinner strap. I haven't tried the #3 since the last time I noted on here. I might start to include more attempts in my sessions.
