I managed a 280lb lift with one hand and now I only need to add like 190 more pounds in each hand to lift the ones at the Highland Games. (The ones I saw weighed 580 total) I use a contraption with a bar like the one in the picture a few threads below but it works. Using the rocks would be really cool. I gotta find a way to put holes in them and attach eye hooks, chanis and rings. Oh, and did I mention, OUCH! OUCH! OUCH! OUCH! OUCH!
