It is NOT allowed to bring your knees into the game to lay (positioning) the device on the chair. For each lifted device etc. athlete earn 1 point. Maximum time per "hand" 60 second. 2 rounds for each hand! Reverse Bending: GripBoard rules Leather pads will be used. If you have some questions pls PM me! David Horne
Looks a strong contest! Wow, that's a lot of loading. David
DuTCH
Oooh how exciting! Don't you think a bit more time should be given, like 1.30? When you start with the 2nd hand you deload it i guess?
burkhardmacht
The loading event looks very good! The time is - as Theo said - a bit too short. I think 2-3 minutes are better so the strenght will be the limit factor - not the flexibility of the competitor!

I will deload the stuff that you load onto the chairs; no need that you directly start with the other hand C-O! You can make "one hand", then you can rest and when you feel okay you start the other hand. Later the next round! Anyone elso how dislike the 60 seconds? No problem to change it to 90 seconds guys. But on the other hand.....I wanne see u making cardio Theo j/k

Me cardio, have you seen my sixpack Thorsten??? I guess not, it's still in the refrigerator I know 2pack but not sixpack Is it for drink? You can start with left for example. When you are ready you can rest (if you like). Then you can do another loading cycle with left if you like.....or with right.....its up to you
