Zottman Curl

I heard that the Zottman Curl is an excellent exercise for armwrestling, people that usually train for armwrestling agree or disagree?

Im new to armwrestling but have been working out for a couple years and am now addicted to grip work.

for those that dont know a Zottman Curl is done

* Start with your weights in your hands, arms straight down and palms facing upward.

* At the top of the curl, rotate your wrists so your palms are facing the floor.

* Slowly lower the weights with your hands in that position then turn your palms back up to start the next repetition.

from experience I can tell you that the Zottman curl is crap :flame

You will be better off doing hammer curls and pull ups to strengthen your elbow for armwrestling.

I do not know about arm wrestling but I found that using thick bar Zottman Curls has really helped my Golfer's/Tennis Elbow (along with other training).
