knyaz Posted September 30, 2006 Share Posted September 30, 2006 I heard that the Zottman Curl is an excellent exercise for armwrestling, people that usually train for armwrestling agree or disagree? Im new to armwrestling but have been working out for a couple years and am now addicted to grip work. for those that dont know a Zottman Curl is done * Start with your weights in your hands, arms straight down and palms facing upward. * At the top of the curl, rotate your wrists so your palms are facing the floor. * Slowly lower the weights with your hands in that position then turn your palms back up to start the next repetition.
