EmEx
hey guys any ideas why i cannot beat my brother in armwrestling even thou I have a much stronger forarm??? Would appreciate any ideas. Overall i am somewhat stronger then my brother(i just started working out again) but on forarms i am much stronger and still cant beat him. Does it have to do with triceps, biceps or chest? verdigriz
Could be a whole range of thing... Hand size, finger strength, wrist strength, better technique (consciously or unconsciously)...

pawel r
First of all, you must be strongest If your brother has short forearm you must make toproll If your brother has long forearm you must make hook Equal forearms you must be fastest - you must search flaws in his hand (can fingers?) Counsel on distance heavily so
EmEx
im not an armwrestler so i really dont know much about the different moves but his arms and hands are the same size as mine (we are brothers after all) except im overall stronger then him and still cant beat him he is wondering the same thing why i cannot beat him even though i can lift more weight then him next time i will try to find his weakness i guess i have a weak link somewhere
