Alexy train wrist and side pulling on regulated hoist everyday.

On Monday Alexy work on biceps curls – (Alexy perform these exercises in sitting position, from right angle, elbow leaning on the inner side of thigh).

On Wednesday it is time for triceps.

On Friday Alexy train biceps with hammer’s grip using regulated-hoist

If any of you have seen his video.......on the hammer grip regulated hoist exercises he uses a strap sometimes and puts it in various positions. Like over his fingers, then over his thumb, then over his arm. I have seen pictures of semerenko doing them with the strap around his wrist.
