hey when you armwrestle is it illigal to pull your shoulder behind your arm, so you can more less press them in. It makes sense to me.... I as watching armwrestleing on espn and I only saw one guy use this technique (and he got his ass kicked!) I've heard that it is illigal to have your shoulder past the half way part of the table... I don't know??

as long as your elbow is on the pad and your chin does not touch your hand i think your ok

Your shoulder can not go past half way across the table.
