I have to say i've admired john brzenk for a long time but I've never been able to find a good pic of his beast of an arm until now. From what I gather he lifts for certain things that get sore on him.....he just gets a pump and so on to flush out some of the bad stuff to get him ready for his next pulling session..... I think he said nothing heavy....like 60 pounds on biceps and so on. Just goes untill it gets hard to lift it. Sometimes doesn't ever do it if he picks the weight up and he doens't like the way it feels. His actual weight lifting routine is unknown to me.......I would like to think that he lifts some, because some people do nothing but armwrestle and they never get really good.
