1st Grip Contest In Uruguay

Last Friday 23th June I organized the 1st grip contest in Uruguay and the competitors were:

Fabio Naldes

The events:

1) Sledgehammer (lever to the nose and back)

2) Grippers (Max effort)

3) Plate pinch (one handed)

4) Thick handle dumbbell lift (THOMAS DUMBBELL INCH diameter)

Results:

Sledgehammer (1 rep, 5 attempts)

1) Pedro Gerona 15lb

2) Andres Nigueles 14lb

3) Jorge Rodriguez 12lb

4) Fabio Naldes 10lb

Now gripping is truely international.Not just the US ,GB and europe.

Good job for putting on the contest.Now you should organize South America's strongest grip contest. :yikes

Thank you guys for all the support and kind words, it was a lot of fun organizing the contest and we also have some good results hopefully next year we are going to have even better results and more competitors.
