Vbar and RT thumbless went quite ok today. I also got a PR with my formulator, flexion: 3x40kg (88,1pounds). I also think Jense made a big PR on the F.

Grippers sucked today! 1hdl went fine! Got a PR with my right (130kg), felt pretty easy too! Also tried some RT thumbless today... don't know what to say about that... Not good and not bad.

How many reps can you mash the #3?

Last time I tried doing reps I did 13 with my left and 15 with my right.

Good to know, because my record is 12 in my right, yet, I am can only get my #4 between 2/3" and 1/2". So, at least I can say the my #4 isn't an easy one.

Reps don't tell much about maximum strength...not comparable from person to person :cool

Who knows, grippers vary :) And alot of other things too!

You can usually get a pretty good idea about the relative difficulty of a #4 by measuring the spread and the depth of the spring. Mine is 70mm wide (2 3/4'') and with a 1.5mm (1/16'') mount, i.e quite narrow but with a deeply set spring.

I'll measure my #4(s) tomorrow. I have one that seems to be alot harder then the others.

1x3 @ 160 kg

1x1 @ 180 kg

1x1 @ 200 kg

1x1 @ 210 kg PR!

1x3 @ 190 kg

As usual no belt and no extra equipment!

Grippers: Closed my hard BBE today (both left and right hand). I never closed it easier before! I would rate it somewhere around 3.6.

2HP: Went ok! Did 101.x really easy but I lost some skin in my right hand. Tried 106.x and couldn't get it off ground today, probably because of my right hand.

I also did some tossing with two 15kg plates!
