I use chalk all the time on grippers, unless my hands just come out of a contrast bath, then they are dry, they just get clamy after a few reps.

yes i use chalk with grippers also...but I was wondering if it's appropriate when using Powerballs...?

You have to be very careful so you dont get any chalk inside powerball. I know some people use liquid chalk but I haven't tried it myself.

I think I saw something on the manufacturers site forum about cutting the end off of a large ballon and fitting it over the ball. A friend here at work was gonna get some of those big clear party ballons and try it so he could see the tach. When mine starts getting slimy I usually just wash it with a little soap and blow dry to get the water out. Seems to work decent for me.
